Podistica Pratese, with the patronage of the Municipalities of Prato, Poggio a Caiano, Carmignano organizes the 4th edition of the Eco Maratona Pratese, on the distance of km 42.195 inserted in the FIDAL calendar. The event will ALSO be combined with an Eco Half Marathon of km. 21.097 The foot races will cross the territories of the municipalities of Prato, Poggio a Caiano, Carmignano and will be held on Sunday 9 October 2022, with meeting at the Cascine di Tavola Park at 7.00 with entrance from via Traversa del Crocifisso with departures for the races at 8 : 30, INCLUDING the 7 km “walk open to ALL” The “Eco Maratona Pratese” is an eco-responsible event, the competitors must behave respectfully for other participants, volunteers, passers-by, the environment, avoiding particular to disperse waste but to deposit it in the appropriate containers that will be placed on the various paths, the path also develops in protected areas and sensitive ecosystems, for this reason the organization, competitors, carers, volunteers and partners, are committed to conduct as much as possible environmental friendly. Anyone who is surprised to abandon waste along the route will be disqualified from the race and will incur any penalties provided for by the municipal regulations.
